With just one pass, we take care of everything needed including: consolidating your order, thorough product inspection and delivering your products safely and affordably to your doorstep — no hidden fees, no unexpected surprises.

What’s Included in The RARE SPOT Pass?

  • Order Consolidation: We combine all products you purchase from multiple trusted sellers into a single shipment, saving you time and extra shipping costs.
  • Product Inspection: Every item is carefully inspected at our warehouse to ensure it’s the correct item you ordered and it's in perfect condition before it leaves our warehouse in Asia.
  • Re-Packaging: We use smarter, more secure packaging to reduce shipping size and protect your items in transit.
  • International Shipping: Your consolidated order is shipped directly from Asia straight to your country with no hidden costs.

How is The RARE SPOT Pass fee calculated?

The fee is based on the product category and the storage timeframe, as we need time to consolidate shipments from different sellers. The pass fee typically starts from £8.74.

For larger orders, the system may display a flat fee of £100 if the total quantity exceeds a certain limit. If you see a £100 fee or are placing a bulk order, please contact us through our Bulk Order Enquiry Form. Our team will assist you and provide a customised RARE SPOT Pass fee tailored to your order.

Shipping:

Once your item has left our warehouse and is in transit internationally, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • The Rare Spot offers standard international shipping with an estimated delivery window of 10–14 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times may vary based on local carrier performance, holidays, and unexpected customs delays. While we do our best to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • Please note: Some products such as Customised items, Hair Wigs and Hair Extensions are made to order, which typically takes 1-2 weeks to prepare. Since we consolidate all items into a single shipment for your convenience, please allow additional timeframe if you have these products in your order.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate and complete. The Rare Spot is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or mis-delivered due to address errors.
  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customs or import restrictions, any return or re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.
